It is our goal to celebrate how far the women of the Miami Tech Ecosystem have come and cheer them on to their future accomplishments 🏆

2022 is the year of possibilities. As gender inequality is commonly perpetuated by collective biases against women, it is imperative we acknowledge the persistent stereotypes and discrimination and also emphasize the unique qualities women possess in their professional lives.

How would the playing field look if we leveled it? Together, we can build a powerful future 🙌
